Thanksgiving at the Cabin

Thanksgiving was a lot of fun this year because we stayed up at Ned & Georgia's cabin! It was a lot of work getting everything up there but once we were there it was SO relaxing. We took our annual Thanksgiving morning hike around the surrounding property while the turkey was cooking. Milo and the kids plinked around with .22's and as we sat on a hillside resting we watched a nice 4x4 buck casually wander from way across the valley to within about 15 yards of us. We even had Roxy with us and she stayed pretty still. It was awesome!

Even though we were by ourselves for Thanksgiving, it was a great time to hang out with each other and watch movies, eat and relax!
