Nueve de Juno

Once a month we get together with friends for a themed dinner and we usually go all out. Since February, we've had Italian Night, Irish Night, Greek Night and now Mexican Night. Somehow our Mexican Night ended up in June. Despite the fact that Milo was working that night and Jill's son Kaden ended up with three stitches in his knee, we had a great time! We served jalapeno poppers, chips with salsa and guacamole, chicken enchiladas, chili relleno, beans, corn muffins, a special lime punch and even flan for dessert.
